Orders and Shipping

The length of time to receive your order will be determined during checkout when you input your shipping information and will be calculated automatically, order made before 10:00am Monday-Friday, will be processed and shipped same day or within 24 hours.

An account will be created for you during the checkout process.

If you need to change your shipping address after checkout, please contact support@cleandepot.ca, as soon as possible. Shipping address change requests made after 12 hours of the transaction, may not be able to be changed if the order has already been shipped.

Upon completed processing of your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped and a tracking code will be provided to you.

The Clean Depot website, and The Clean Depot, will never store credit card information.

We are currently only shipping orders within the country of Canada. .

If you have received incorrect items in your order, please contact support@cleandepot.ca immediately to let us know of your issue. In the email please provide the order ID number along with your name to ensure that we can properly assess your claim.

If you received your order, and it appears to be visibly damaged or is in an unusable state please contact support@cleandepot.ca immediately to let us know of your issue. In the email please provide the order ID number along with your name and photos showing the damaged or defective item(s) to ensure that we can properly assess your claim.

Unless a product can be proven to be in unacceptable condition upon delivery, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement product.

If an order was made by mistake, or you do not wish to proceed with the order you must notify The Clean Depot by email at support@cleandepot.ca immediately or within 24hrs of the transaction. Orders that are not cancelled within 24hrs of the transaction will be processed and shipped.
